Prekese Tea with Lemon
This is how to make a well infused prekese tea with lemon to maximise the absorption of iron.

- 1 Prekese pod
- 1 lemon slice
- 1 tsp honey
Cut the softer sides of the prekese and add it to saucepan. Break the remainder in two and add.
Add about 500ml of water and allow to boil. Once boiling simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour the prekese tea into a mug and sweeten with honey.
Optionally add a lemon slice and squeeze a bit of lemon juice. Enjoy!
