Method
- Wash the fennel and green pepper. Chop all the ingredients (fennel, green pepper and onion).
- Heat up oil in a frying pan and add in all the vegetables.
- Add the seasoning and stir fry for about 3-5 minutes until the ingredients have become slightly translucent.
- Enjoy as a side dish or eat on its on as a nice healthy snack!
Notes
You can totally skip the soya sauce and just season with salt and pepper. The fennel has a lovely aroma and flavour of its own that you want to be careful not to spoil!
